Me Stéfan Dyck

Lawyer

Stéfan is interested in civil law, administrative, constitutional and international law, human rights and housing law.

He has studied the law as a tool for strategic litigation cases and as a vector of social change. He is committed to practicing law in a socially engaged manner that puts those seeking legal services first.

Stéfan holds a BA in International Relations and International Law and a LLB from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Prior to joining Lapointe Legal, he worked as a volunteer with Lawyers Without Borders Canada in Guatemala in an office specializing in human rights, administrative law, constitutional law and criminal law, and completed his articling at Dionne Schulze. He also participates in the annual publication of the jurisprudential chronicle of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
