Lapointe Légal is a boutique law firm specializing in civil litigation. Our practice generally centres around representing those who are vulnerable, in precarious situations or who have been victims of abuse.  

 
Me Lapointe founded her business in 2017, aiming to deliver services that meet the needs of those for whom access to justice is sometimes more difficult. In opening her own firm, she hoped to provide empathetic, human legal services where clients come first. Over time, she has surrounded herself with a team of professionals that now includes five lawyers. The team collaborates on a wide variety of cases involving human rights, succession law and property law, and has supported and represented clients in all Québec courts, as well as various administrative tribunals.
