Claude Labossière

Director of Operations

(away until September 2025)

Since she joined Lapointe Légal in 2022, Claude has been in charge of the day-to-day management of the firm’s operations. She plans, coordinates, and supervises operations to ensure they run smoothly. She also manages administrative activities and human and material resources. As the first point of contact with customers, she ensures that the professional services rendered meet the specific needs of each situation. 

 

Over the course of her career, Claude has been involved in the development and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at improving work processes. She believes that success is built on joint action and collaboration; she uses her leadership skills to motivate her colleagues towards a common goal. 

A museologist by training, Claude specializes in the management of cultural organizations and coordinated museology projects before joining Lapointe Légal.
